Pacific States Capital Corp. is a small-cap acquisition, investment and land development firm located in Menlo Park, California. Our equity and debt financing solutions are customized for the commercial real estate industry.
The firm was founded by John Hansen and Dave Garland. Both are experienced investors and developers with significant experience in residential rental property, home building, and commercial development and management.
Our work concentrates where we have the deepest knowledge: entitlement and subdivision on the San Francisco Peninsula, value-add residential and commercial assets throughout the western states, and multifamily repositioning in the Phoenix market. Across over 40 completed projects, the method has not changed — buy on basis, entitle carefully, and build only when the return justifies the risk.
